However, Hotel TIBA assumes no responsibility for the content of external websites that are linked to this site. The content of this website is also covered by copyright. All rights (including intellectual property rights) in the content of this website remain the full property of TIBA Hotel.

Making a reservation

The main data concerning dates, availability, price, available options, payment terms and special conditions of sale applicable to the proposed rates (guarantee policy, cancellation conditions, check-in time…) are presented during the booking process as described on the website.

Please check the booking details before submitting your request.

The confirmation of your booking is a binding contract between you and us ,effected upon the sending of a confirmation with a valid confirmation number which will include the details of your booking. After receipt, if you consider that any of the details in the confirmation are incorrect or if you wish to amend any of the details, you should contact us directly, as it may not be possible to make such corrections subsequently.

Check-in time is 13:00 / check-out time is 12:00 (local time).

Late check-out or extension of stay must be requested in advance.

Paying for your reservation

Depending on the type of booking, the amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. If you have not paid the total amount of your stay at the time of booking, you will be asked to do so on arrival at the hotel.

Price

The price of your booking and the terms of payment, change and cancellation depend on the type of offer, and these terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Please note that all rates are subject to availability. Our prices are set by the hotel based on booking factors, and are subject to change based on supply and demand. The price of your booking will be confirmed at the time of booking and will not be affected by any price changes between the date of booking your stay and your arrival. Always check the price at the time of booking.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax is never included in the price of the reservation. It is applied in all hotels and payable on the spot (2TND/person/night for a maximum of 7 nights spent at the hotel). The hotel reserves the right to modify its rates in case of change of taxes by the Tunisian state.

Clarification

We irrevocably inform you that all rates and information on our website and in our marketing materials are accurate; however, errors and changes may occur, and we reserve the full right in such cases to correct rates and other information. Please check the current fare and all other details relating to your journey before making the booking.

Changes by you

If you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, you must follow the procedures set out in your booking confirmation. Whilst we endeavour to assist you, we regret that we cannot accommodate all requests for changes. If a change can be made, any additional costs will be borne by you. Please also refer to the specific terms and conditions provided to you at the time of booking.

Cancellation by you

If you wish to cancel your booking after it has been confirmed, you will need to follow the procedure set out in your booking confirmation.

Please note that some reservations are non-refundable.

Hotel Rules and Regulations

Reception :

Guests whose behaviour is noisy, inappropriate or inebriated, which is contrary to morality and public order, cannot be received by HOTEL TIBA. Any person wishing to stay at the hotel is required to communicate their identity and that of the persons accompanying them.

Room occupation :

The guest is not allowed to bring passengers into the room who are not identified by the hotel, unless permission has been granted by the hotel. Similarly, the client may not book a room for more people than the number provided for by the regulations of the hotel.

Room access :

Upon arrival, unless agreed by the hotel, the guest cannot demand to occupy the room before 1:00 pm.

A luggage storage service allows guests to leave their luggage.

Key management :

The key must be returned on leaving the hotel and on departure

Nuisance and respect for other guests :

In the interest of the tranquillity of the establishment and for the respect and rest of our guests, it is forbidden to make noise, even during the day. Any guest who causes any form of disturbance will be asked to leave the hotel immediately and without reimbursement of their stay.

Responsibilities :

All children are welcome. However, the responsibility for the children is fully assumed by the client. Any damage or injury caused intentionally or unintentionally will be reimbursed by the client.

Prohibitions :

It is forbidden to bring animals into the establishment. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel except in the outdoor areas.
